At Kaiser Grille Palm Springs, we believe you are what you eat. With this in mind, we proudly offer all natural and hormone-free USDA PRIME beef, free range organic chicken, and sustainable/wild seafood, all served alongside fresh, local produce. We use organic products as often as possible, and we make all of our delicious desserts, dressings and sauces in-house. Born out of our love of food and hospitality, Kaiser Grille has been synonymous with quality and value for over twenty years in the Coachella Valley.     The service was terrible. I had to keep asking the Hostess and other servers for our servers attention. They forgot to put in 2 of our orders. And the food, when it did come, was mediocre and cold. A very disappointing experience. I will never go back.

    Food was average, not good enough to order again. Same with service and ambiance. For the price I wouldn’t go back. I’d recommend looking elsewhere

    Ambiance, service and location were great. The food and prices (for what we got)could have been better. The eggplant parmigiana was a plate of pasta with ONE small piece of eggplant. The lobster bisque was delicious but the lobster ravioli tasted like they just poured the bisque over plain ravioli and the lobster must have fallen out of the ravioli.

    The Thanksgiving four-course meal was not worth the 94 dollar price tag. The soup wasn’t hot. The salad hade too much dressing. Main course sides were the smallest portions. My son and I made the best of it. We won’t come back again for a holiday dinner.

    Seated at 7:30 for a 6:30 reservation. Overbooked and thought it was a good idea to also accept walk-ins with no regard for reservations made by people who thought it might be smart to make a reservation on Thanksgiving. Made my 80 year old mother stand for an hour waiting for table. Server was nice enough. Food was good, not great - but because of the chaos in front of house, kitchen was slammed and food took another 45 minutes. Unfortunate experience.

    Overall a pleasant experience, though because it was Thanksgiving, the restaurant was exceedingly busy. The service staff did their very best but some lags in service were unavoidable.

    Thanksgiving Dinner with reservations took an hour wait then they sat us and we still waited another hour to get our food overall service for a holiday dinner don’t recommend over booked over priced for the meal.

    Great service by our waiter, although the manager at the front desk was not very cheerful! Dinner took a long time, but they were full with Thanksgiving diners! Excellent pork chop and swordfish entrees!

    The Turkey was salty. The fish was not fresh. The soup and main dish was slightly cold. We asked for the dessert with ice cream on the side. The pie arrived cold in a pool of melted I e cream. It took about 3 hours for our meal in total. The butternut squash and the beet salad was excellent!

    Our Thanksgiving meal at Kaiser Grille was memorable for all the wrong reasons. The meal started on a high note with the bisques; both the lobster and mushroom bisques were excellent. However, the quality quickly declined with my Caesar salad, which was bland, watery, and had lettuce with rust spots. We faced an unusually long wait for the entrees. The table next to us, seated 10-15 minutes after us, received their entrees 10-15 minutes before us, despite having similar orders. When our entrees finally arrived, the server sternly warned us about the hot plates. Unfortunately, only the plates were hot, while the food was lukewarm at best. Besides the off-putting temperature, many of the sides had odd flavors, including the green beans. I ordered the salmon (one of only three entrée selections, which the waiter didn’t even realize was on the menu when I ordered it). The salmon was raw (not rare), very dark and oddly mushy just under the grilled surface. After the waiter finally checked on us and I pointed out the issue, he volunteered to get me a “fresh” piece. After an eternity, instead they brought me the same piece I had sent back, now blasted into something chalky and inedible. The waiter barely apologized and offered no resolution. In fact, the waiter was inattentive for most of the meal. When we returned home, I experienced digestive issues … the raw salmon? We've visited this restaurant at least eight times. In 2017 and 2018, we had some fantastic meals here, but subsequent experiences have progressively worsened. It's rare for me to post reviews, but this truly disappointing holiday meal compelled me to share.
