The beef medallions melted in your mouth and the escargot Provencal was the best we've had in a very long time. The grilled Iberico pork loin wrapped in bacon was tasty but a little overcooked to my liking. Dessert selection could have been better, but the fresh brewed coffee was delicious.

I'm deciding if we'll visit Katz 21 again based an order that was incorrect, but served anyway. The server offered to take it back but we were into the hour mark and didn't want it to take even longer. The entrees are good, but the Cesar didn't taste like fresh chopped lettuce. Overall not where I'd expect a restaurant of their price range to be, but I did enjoy the dinner.

We have dined there twice, at the main dining room and most recently at the bar. Of the two we preferred the bar. They offer a full menu, sushi, and bar menu. something different on each one. The food was well prepared and tasty, stirred away from the escargots but the salad and meatball appetizer were delish. The entrees were perfect, from the pork loin, NY strip, and tenderloin, and so were the potatoes au gratin. The drinks were good, Cosmo on the dry side but Manhattan and Cucumber Martini were good. Highly recommend!

We dined on New Year's Eve. The restaurant was kind enough to accommodate a reservation change from 4 to 5 guests on short notice, despite a sold-out evening. Our server, Parris, provided exceptional service throughout the evening. He was professional, informative, and, most of all, attentive. The food was excellent... I recommend the jumbo lump crab cake.

Our waiter John was excellent, attentive and on his ties! The food was excellent. I liked choosing from the regular menu…so hard to choose from my favorites! I also liked the flow of customers rather than seating a large group all at once. This plan worked much better.

We were celebrating our son and daughter-in-law's wedding anniversary. We were surrounded by Christmas partiers so the noise level seemed unusually high. Our daughter-in-law commented that she simply couldn't hear enough to feel part of the party. However, our server Chris did a wonderfully attentive job and the food was delicious.
