We had a reservation at 8:30pm and got a table at 8:55. They did not have my first choice dish, and were missing an ingredient for my husband’s dish - substitution was OK. The dishes were very expensive for the amount and quality of food.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Had an 8:30 reservation time and weren’t seated until 8:55. Even more frustrating was that we sat there looking at our empty table for at least 15 minutes. This seems to be a common problem based on other reviews. Our server was great but overall service was slow. Food was mostly good; adult meals were good but kid’s meal was served with a burger bun that was so hard it was inedible. We were given a free dessert to make up for it which we did appreciate. Atmosphere is amazing! I can only assume they’re understaffed and can’t keep up with reservations which unfortunately seems to be ruining a lot of people’s experience with this restaurant.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Again, a restaurant that doesn’t disappoint! While it doesn’t have an ocean view, they do their best to make you feel like you are in a tropical paradise. We had wonderful service from Todd our waiter. Loved the swordfish and Mahi mahi entrees. A special shout out to the hostesses, even tho I made a mistake, they did their best to fit us in. We had seats by the pond. The Panko & Macadamia Nut Crusted swordfish melted in my mouth. Never had swordfish prepared so well. And then, there was the Hula Pie!請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Reservations was made 2 weeks in advance for 8pm. We got there at 7:50pm and didn’t get seated until 8:30pm. When our name was called, an elderly couple stood up and the hostess sat them down. We were at the hostess desk and the other gal at the desk asked if we needed anything. We told her our name was called but the other hostess took the elderly couple to our seats. She right away found another table for us. When the waitress came by, she told us they were out of two items on the menu (one of them being the prime rib). Service was good. The food was ok. Excellent waitress and bar service. The manager came by to say hello which was very nice. Music from the bar area was perfect. We did not feel rushed even though it was Valentine’s Day! Well done, Keoki’s. I wish the pineapple and carrot muffins were still complementary though. Those are a must at every visit.
