Excellent service. We were seated with a short 5 minute wait amongst a very crowded restaurant. Dozens were outside waiting. But we got our table in the spot as the last visit, near the fishpond. The muffins used to be complimentary. But they were really good over the years so we ordered a set for $7. The prime rib was excellent as always. It was very tender and juicy. The Hula Pie for dessert is a must. The ice cream with Mac nuts, whipped cream, chocolate syrup, chocolate cookie crust, has been the best thing for dessert for decades.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Atmosphere is fantastic. Beautiful place. Food was good but limited menu if you have dietary restrictions. Drinks were great. Our server wasn’t very friendly but he was professional. He didn’t come around much after we ordered our entrees so we waited to order more drinks and water refills.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Very disappponted in this visit. Reservation was made for 1:15p. We arrived at 1pm was told by the hostess we were checked in and to take a seat. At 1:30 after no table I checked in with the hostess who couldn't find our reservation...after he said she had checked us in earlier. But she sat us right then. Waitress came quickly but immediately ran down the list of menu items that were not available. We ordered a starter and drinks. Long wait for iced teas. Then when we finally placed lunch order and still had not gotten our starter I asked about it and got the impression that the order had not been placed yet. Food was slow to come out but was tasty. Sat at the table for quite some time after eating waiting for the server to return so we could ask her for a box and a slice of hula pie. Then it took 2 return trips for the box and pie. Not very efficient. They weren't very busy but the dining space for lunch was very cramped. We are local residents and used to come frequently to eat here but since COVID things have declined dramatically. Probably won't return any time soon.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

This restaurant was top of the list on Trip Advisor and Open Table. It may be a bit overhyped but an easy choice if in Poipu. Gardens are beautiful, food is good. They were short of inventory and couldn’t serve ahi tuna, prime rib and oatmeal stout.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

We were seated on time, and the ambience was great. The server told us they were out of a few things, one being the prime rib sandwich, but unfortunately they were out of French Fries which was a real bummer as we were there for their lunch time. Two in our party ordered korean chicken which tasted like fish because they may have fried it along side my fish and chips.Drinks were slow to come to the table. The Hula pie was the best.
