We were quickly seated at a lovely table where we sat for over 10 minutes before being acknowledged by our server. When she finally came over to take our order we were informed that nearly all of the chicken dishes were unavailable. We asked about adding chicken to the nachos which the kitchen could do so we ordered 2 of the chicken nachos. While I’m sure the nachos with the chicken would have been great our chicken was undercooked and rubbery. I informed our server who took the nachos away, didn’t ask us about bringing anything else in their place and only removed the up charge for the chicken off our bill. Ordered a hula pie which as usual was amazing, should have just come for dessert.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Their fish was mostly swordfish which is super cheap not authentic Hawaiian fish. Swapped out mahi for swordfish. They also double charged us (by a lot!) and pretended like it was nothing. Clear it was deliberate.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

We went for a special birthday which we pre told them of, we were even greeted with happy birthday! They were out of most of the menu items we chose so that was a disappointment, the fish was delicious though the rice pilaf was inedible (I’m not even sure it was pilaf 🤷♀️) the waitress was sweet but, she brought birthday desert (we ordered) and said happy birthday, but no candle? I lit a match for my husband to blow out! Very mediocre could be cool though as it’s a nice setup , maybe we came on a bad day? But for 300$ and an anticipated grand birthday celebration it was a wash. Good thing we still know how to enjoy life regardless! Mahalo! 🥰請問這對你有幫助嗎？

We have been coming to Kauai every other year since 2003 and we always dine at Keoki’s Paradise at least once, we love this place and we’ve had superb meals and pretty average ones. This time was one of those average experiences. The food was just OK. I had mahi mahi prepared Keoki’s special style and while the sauce and sides were delicious, the fish itself was slightly overcooked and on a dry side. One of the kids ordered guava chicken and it was paper dry. My biggest disappointment was my favorite drink, Poipu Colada served in a pineapple. When it was brought to the table, the waiter said it was made virgin. Being too old for virgin drinks, I asked them to fix it, but I could swear that when they brought it back, it was the same virgin drink which is basically a smoothie for the price of fancy cocktail.
