For five Mondays only—March 17, 24, 31 & April 7, 14—Chef Uchino crafts a 15-course culinary journey, blending Japanese tradition with global influences, culminating in a decadent dessert. Each bite is a testament to precision and artistry. Two seatings are available each evening at 6 PM & 8 PM, priced at $130 per person + 10% DC tax.
