Begin with appetizers such as Scallop Crudo and Foie Gras "Marjolaine" and choose from courses such as a Taleggio Caramelle, and Dry Aged Filet Mignon, and desserts from our pastry team. Tuesday, December 24th | $155 per person, $95 for children.

僅限2024年12月31日A true NYE gala experience! A five-course prix fixe dinner by Executive Chef Tony DiGregorio. Begin your meal with a complimentary champagne toast and a Japanese A5 Wagyu Beef Canape. Choose from decadent courses such as Lobster Ravioli with Perigold Truffle, Turbot with Kaluga Caviar, and more. Optional wine pairings may be added upon arrival to Kingbird Restaurant. Seating is between 7-9 PM and includes admission to the Midnight in Monaco NYE Party.

Optional wine pairings may be added upon arrival to Kingbird Restaurant. Seating is between 5 PM - 7 PM and pricing is $150 per person.
