僅限2024年12月31日A true NYE gala experience! A five-course prix fixe dinner by Executive Chef Tony DiGregorio. Begin your meal with a complimentary champagne toast and a Japanese A5 Wagyu Beef Canape. Choose from decadent courses such as Lobster Ravioli with Perigold Truffle, Turbot with Kaluga Caviar, and more. Optional wine pairings may be added upon arrival to Kingbird Restaurant. Seating is between 7-9 PM and includes admission to the Midnight in Monaco NYE Party.

Toast with a glass of bubbly before choosing from spectacular dishes such as Bluefin Tuna Cruodo and Tournedos Rossini Filet Mignon with Foie Gras. Optional wine pairings may be added upon arrival to Kingbird Restaurant. Seating is between 5 PM - 7 PM and pricing is $150 per person.
