The waiter Fisher gave HORRIBLE service! The drinks took 20 mins & the main course took 30 mins & the appetizer came after the main course! I wouldn't recommend this restaurant!

The service was very slow, but the primary issue was the attitude by the assistant manager - Dotti. She should not be working in hospitality business.

Christmas Day…. They literally were so backed up they never even called us for a table. Ever. Ended up eating at the bar, and the food took ages. They were so backed up there was just no recovering! The irony is that the ‘big wig’ for the chain was there and I can’t believe this was their best foot forward!!

OpenTable allowed the restaurant to be over-booked by a couple hundred people. My confirmed reservation was for 7:30pm, however, we were not sat until 9:30. This was not the restaurant’s fault, this was 100percent OpenTable’s fault. However, the food (once it came out) was over cooked. Likely to be from an overwhelmed kitchen, but it was not worth the time spent waiting or the money spent on it.

We went on Christmas Day, so it was very packed. But I had a reservation and still had to wait and it took forever to get food and we ended up just taking off my son’s meal because it was taking so long.

Had a great Christmas Day experience with my family. Service was swift as one can be on Christmas, great food and my drink was mixed to perfection. Patrick, our waiter was kind and attentive and the hostess accommodating.
