Food was way overpriced for what you get. We had not been to the restaurant for sometime and we were aghast at how high lunch prices had risen. The waiter was rude and service poor. They’ll be out of business soon. Don’t waste your money.

We had a reservation at 8 PM and didn’t get seated until 8:30 PM which was frustrating to start, especially since I arrived on time and it was my first time going here. The food was overpriced for the quality of it, but the Service was good. I likely won’t plan on coming back to eat here again though.

Seems like every time we book Kona Grille, we have a 20-30 minute wait. Appears they overbook regularly. Our server was very nice, but bar service was terrible. We waited forever for our first two alcoholic beverages that were ordered with everyone's drink order. The server apologized and said the bar was running behind. We ordered a second round when she said they were caught up. As we were leaving the restaurant, here she came with our two drinks, we told her to give them to some other customer that was probably waiting. Also, no one ever cleared our empty appetizer plates from our table, so we stacked them all ourselves to get them out of the way. Wish it was better, but it is not.

This used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Haven’t been in about three months but will never go back. The service was horrible our server never asked if we wanted additional drinks and didn’t even refill the water when my husband asked for sweetener for his iced tea she said she didn’t know what that was. Our food was cold. We ordered lava cake for dessert and it was cold and the center was hard. The prices are very high for this type of service. The food might have been good when it was warm but since it was cold when we got it it was horrible. We were so disappointed

The food and service has suffered in the last few years really bad. Loved this place and that’s why I still go back, but it’s getting harder to do so.

Good food and service but overpriced. The miso sea bass was just a piece of fish and bok choy—nothing else. The $44 price tag made it not taste as good as it should have.

Great holiday dinner! Lots of options- from traditional Christmas dinners with trimmings, excellent seafood selections, burgers, and sushi. Service was attentive and friendly in spite of busy holiday diners. Loved the miso-sake sea bass. Primo! Going back for happy hour soon.

The ambiance is nice. Service was kind but a little on the slow side. Nothing unrealistic though. Food in tasted pretty good overall, but portions in were small for the price. My group agreed that each plate seemed about $5-$7 more than what it should've been
