Saturday night dinner at 6:15 for two before an 8pm show at the Palladium. ordered drinks shortly after we sat down, they took 20 mins to arrive. Dirty wine glass (a piece of food crusted to the inside). Ordered appetizer and dinner, waited 40 mins and nothing ever arrived. We finally gave up and told our waitress we needed to leave for our show. They paid for our drinks, but that certainly didn’t make up for the lack of dinner.
Management clearly way overbooked the dining room, the kitchen and staff were overwhelmed. I’ve heard this is a common occurrence. Also, a careless waitress from another section bumped into my wife’s chair 3 times, never acknowledged or apologized.
We won’t be back.
