We had six different servers ( yes hard to believe). Some were knowledgeable as to cocktails It was like a circus” has anyone come over”. Do you want water? It was an unpleasant experience except for one server Mindy. I truly would like to talk with manager. Staff training? WOW

We have a 2, 4 and 6 year old and sometimes it’s difficult to take the kids anywhere to eat. Kona Grill is perfect and has a great variety of Food to offer for everyone!

Went to Kona for Happy Hour and everything was fine. Our waitress Mya was great and we did not lack for anything. We will be back since Kona Grill is one of our favorite restaurants and worth the 10 mile drive.

Absolutely professional! I was running late, and the front desk attendant was helpful and patient! Our waiter was superb! Even the GM was walking around with a beautiful smile on her face welcoming ppl. Definitely worth going and the food is always on point!
