Kumi Restaurant + Lounge combines East-Asian ingredients with Korean flavors, creating a modern approach to Japanese Cuisine. Utilizing sustainably sourced ingredients, guests are welcome to indulge in a variety of shared plates, seasonal fish selections ranging from raw to seared, as well as an array of bold dishes including Steak Tartare, Kombu Steamed Chilean Sea Bass, and the Wagyu Ribeye. Kumi’s dining experience is complemented with a list of fine wines, Japanese whiskeys, ultra-premium sakes, and specialty libations.

Started with Edamame and Spicy Rock Shrimp appetizers. One guest had the Miso-Glazed Black Cod and 2 of us shared the “Sushi Set”. Fabulous meal all the way around!

                                                                                                                                            We’ve been going to Kumi for their sea bass. They haven’t had it the last several times we’ve been there. We tried the miso glazed cod. It was dry and overly sweet. Their sushi is outstanding. Definitely recommend it.

Sad to see some of the menu changes, and service was disappointing, so we opted to eat and drink less than normal. Zuma has been our new favorite at the Cosmopolitan; they never disappoint.
