La Bettola di Terroni is located in the core of the financial district and just steps away from major Toronto landmarks such as Massey Hall, Eaton Centre, Elgin Winter Garden and Dundas Square. While maintaining the essence of Terroni, the menu at La Bettola focuses on traditional southern Italian dishes, particularly influenced by Sicilian cuisine and largely inspired by food seasonality and quality ingredients. Here you will find both classic Terroni dishes and some new favourites always punctuated with an exclusive selection of Italian wines.

    Join us for a taste of Sicily every Thursday night at La Bettola. Inspired by Chef Costantino's Sicilian home, this prix-fixe experience takes you on a journey of taste inspired by food seasonality and Sicilian culinary tradition. Chef Costa will visit your table to serve each course and speak to you about the dishes. 2 seatings every Thursday night. Early Seating (arrive between 5:00-6:00PM Late Seating (arrive between 7:30-8:30PM) 6-8 guests per seating $80 per guest Speak to your server about adding Sicilian wine pairings to your meal. Reservations required. Let us know about allergies or dietary requirements upon reservation. This experience is Chef's choice and the dishes will change regularly. Taxes and gratuity are not included.

                                                        As much as I love food, I’m not sure I would call myself a foodie and this restaurant definitely proved that when they declined my request for balsamic vinegar to go with the complimentary bread and (awful tasting) olive oil, aside from that pasta portions were great, flavor was mediocre, and after my first request I didn’t know if I could request parmesan or chili flakes for my pasta. I had the seafood pasta and my fiance had the ravioli, i want to say however you can definitely taste the freshness of the pasta which i appreciated.

                                                        This is our go to restaurant after the theater matinee and we usually love it. This evening was a bit of a disappointment. My husband's eggplant antipasti was under seasoned and bland. My beet salad was delicious and my paccheri pasta was enjoyable but not extraordinary. We were seated in the path of the cold air from the front door (I had to keep my coat on my shoulders). The pathway was so tight between the tables that servers and other patrons kept squeezing by and almost knocking my husband's wine glass off the table. We hope it's better next time.

                                                        We booked the table and paid $50 to make reservations before hand but had to wait 30 mins to get our table. Very disappointed and then the hostess tried to get us to just sit and the bar vs the standard we reserved. Once we got our table the remaining experience was lovely! Food delicious, server was amazing, and it was worth it.

                                                        Thick noodle spaghetti with Italian sausage with a shared beet salad for 3 of us with a glass of red wine for each of us. The others chose other pastas. We topped our meal with a shared crème brûlée and walked 2 blocks to the theatre! With tax and 18% tip, the cost $220. Location is great! Easy access to subway and theatre. We all loved our food with my wife’s gluten free pasta—superb! A great spot for a special meal.
