La Cassina is considered the top restaurant in DR. Year after year, since its opening, it has won several awards and recognitions.

With a modern Mediterranean cuisine, its famous seafood, great meat all served in a sophidticated and elegant ambience, La Cassina offers a memorable experience moreover than just a meal.

A large wine seller, particular trolley bars with signature cocktails and single malt whiskeys, will spice up your experience as well as our live music on Thursdays. Upstairs you will find Room 504, the fanciest club in the city with international resident DJs from Thursdays to Sundays.

La Cassina stands for its decoration with its sliding roof, a tropical garden and a salon privée for 40 people.


If you visit Santo Domingo, La Cassina is a must to give you the finest gastronomic experience in the country.

    Beautiful venue, food was good service could have been better, they were a bit slow and not as attentive. Overall would recommend and would visit again.

    Great food and environment. However the wait staff walked by us (about 6 waiters) for about 20 minutes. Place was not busy. I had to ask for water and a menu. Moving large sofas right behind my date. Didn’t even say excuse us as they almost hit her and dropped it. Considering the price, this is unacceptable.

    Great food and amazing atmosphere! We ordered the fried mozzarella, short rib ravioli and Capitol steak and pepper steak this last time. We have gone at least 7-8 times and can't get enough! We will definitely be back again!

    NO COMMENTS………. Food overall it’s not that tasty and the service quality it’s not what you can expect for a 100 US plus restaurant.
