I used to go to La Marcha regularly, and it seemed close to Barcelona in the quality of the tapas. Have not been in a couple of years, being out of town, and went Sunday night. Super disappointed. Gambas were limp and tasteless, patatas bravas boring with just a smidgen of flat aioli, costillas were burned to a crisp, overall a pretty bad showing on a night that was not that busy. Seems like the kitchen is not paying attention to the food anymore. Wait staff was fairly attentive, but seemed uninterested in the drecky quality of the food (pretty obvious something was off just looking at it). Think I am done with these guys. Wonder if the place was sold?

This is our second time here. We were seated promptly. Servers were attentive and food came out hot! Our paella was delayed because the restaurant accidentally gave our order to another. They compensated us with extra cocktails and tapas while we waited another 30 minutes for our paella. We weren’t in a hurry so it was great! We left very full and satisfied. The Paella Mixta never disappoints. The Carrellas (wagyu beef cheeks)tapa was tender and flavorful!

Great food. Fantastic service (our server was the best part of this meal). Lovely room. I would LOVE to eat in a place like this where I could have a conversation. I eat out less than I would because too much noice = "energetic". It is not energetic, it is too loud. Still, I loved this place and I will go back!

I love this place. It never disappoints. The pay is the best I’ve ever had. I especially love the pork shoulder or rabbit when they have it. The white sangria is like nothing I’ve ever had before and the most delicious sangria.

I really enjoyed our meal. We tried several of the tapas and one of the sandwiches and there was not one that we disliked. Only somewhat disappointed that there was only one choice for dessert.

It’s a beautiful little restaurant. Reservations is a must if you want a table. Don’t be late. They are a very busy establishment so be kind and patient. The wait is worth it. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time. There was a little accident with a small item falling from the ceiling. We let the staff know and they moved us and took care of our food and drinks. Amazing customer service and amazing food. Definitely one of the best in the Bay Area!! Crab Croquettes!!! Try it!! And their Paellas!!

Food was great. The place was not very busy and it took a while to get our order in . I ordered the sangria and I received a glass not even half full and mostly fruit. We only saw our waiter when we placed our order and when we paid our check. It took multiple attempts to get him to come over and ask for a to go container. He never once came to check on us or ask if I wanted another drink at any point.

Five of us decided to try La Marcha to celebrate a friend's birthday. We came in for brunch. Althougb the restaurant was not very busy, it was clear that they were very short staffed. It took our waiter over an hour to take our food order. We ordered drinks and three of our drinks arrived after quite a while but the other two of our drinks took another 10 minutes to get to our table even though one of the drinks was just a coffee and the other drink was a gaspacho bloody mary that the rest of the table ordered and got. After our food started coming out, our waiter told us that the kitchen ran out of one of the dishes we ordered. That was disappointing because a table that came in after us ordered the same dish long after us and got it. The dishes we did order were all very good, with the exception of the churros, which were horrible. We each took a small bite and did not bother. Even though we told our waiter that the churros were horrible, he did not remove them from our bill. Maybe this was just a bad day for the restaurant but it was a very mixed experience and not what we envisioned for our friend's birthday.
