   We had yer another great meal at LaTavola! May Cathryn took great care of us from seating to departure, making sure we had everything we needed and answering all of our questions…each of us tried a dish that we had not had here previously. We really enjoyed ourselves!

   Enjoyed this neighborhood restaurant for the first time. It located in a revitalized older area. The space is part of a larger older building and the seating is a bit close and limited. The do have booths and those are a better choice than the tables. I dined in early evening on a weekday and it was not crowded when I arrived. By the time I left the restaurant was fully occupied. So I suggest reservations. The restaurant has a small but adequate menu comprised of mostly Italian dishes and wines. Our service was excellent and it appeared they have quite a few servers to maximize service. Our food was delicious and the desserts were better.

   We had a wonderful anniversary celebration last evening. Everything was absolutely perfect, including the complimentary bubbly. Our Cesar was a tiny bit overdressed for my dining partner, but I enjoyed the saltiness personally. Highly recommend for special or any occasion.

   Another great experience at La Tavola. It was a busy Tuesday night. Our server was top notch. The food was stellar. Wine came out quickly. And the booths are a perfect spot to sit and catch up with old friends. One of our favorites.

   We had a lovely meal on the outside balcony, which really allowed for conversation and an enjoyable meal. La Tavola is an Atlanta staple that continues to wow with its service and food. This is definitely one of the best places for pasta in Atlanta. Highly recommend asking for Michael to be your server. He did an outstanding job and made great recommendations. This time around our party of three had for appetizers the Caesar Salad, burrata, and the octopus and we'd recommend them all. For entries, two had the cavatelli and the other the mushroom pasta; both were excellent. For dessert, pistachio gelato, lemon sorbet, and the budino; again, all were fantastic.
