It’s Italia opened in 1997 as a San Francisco style trattoria and pizzeria serving gourmet pizzas, house pastas, and creative salads, always with a California Italian flavor.Thirteen years later, having moved into the beautiful Half Moon Bay Inn on Main Street Half Moon Bay, our menu has expanded to include seafood and meat selections from our rotisserie and mesquite grill, artful pastas and award winning pizza, creative salads and antipasti, and an array of house desserts. Fattoria e Mare ("Farm and Sea") is a vibrant Bay Area restaurant utilizing organic, sustainable ingredients sourced from local vendors. The menu will change often featuring local, fresh ingredients at their peak. As the name of the restaurant suggests, the menu places an emphasis on seafood, while also providing a range of other Venetian inspired options. Executive Chef and Owner, Pablo Estrada, immerses himself in every meal he creates. He is passionate about crafting delicious, unique dishes and ensuring all guests have a wonderful dining experience. We were originally located in Burlingame, but have moved to a new location, nestled in the heart of downtown Half Moon Bay.     This restaurant was such a fun place for dinner! The ambience and decor and lighting and the amazing and delicious food was so nice! Very chill but a lot of fun! The delicious Pisco drinks set the mood perfectly! The two stories is such a great way to have a restaurant! Eating upstairs and getting to see all of the awesome decor was great! We will be returning for another special date in the future! Go check it out and see for yourselves! Highly recommended!!! I also don’t ever bother to write reviews so that should tell you what a great experience that we had!

    Pasta Moon is my favorite Italian restaurant in the world the service and the food is beyond my expectations!! I brought my sister and brother-in-law, and they truly enjoy their experience and their dishes! I have their famous lasagna, which would definitely feed you to three people, and my sister had the Cara Cara salad, Frito misto and pasta. I am a loyal fan!

    Easy nearby parking. Prompt seating with excellent view of ocean and marina. Delightful, non-alcoholic spritzer. Delicious pasta-salmon cream sauce and lamb chops with fresh asparagus. Wonderful coffee at the end. Shall return.

    We've been many times, mostly in spurts. Food is always good; some interesting some standard Italian choices. Two of us had the very good pappardelle with braised short ribs and truffle oil. Portions were generous and not obscene. Service is attentive even when busy and never intrusive.
