We are a farm to table fine dining restaurant in an elegant setting with fabulous views of the surrounding mountains. The 4-course price fixed dinner menu ($95.00 per person, tax and gratuity not included) and 3 course brunch menu ($45.00 per person, tax and gratuity not included ) that changes monthly and focuses on regional seasonal ingredients many of which come from our organic garden. Aaron Edwards is extraordinarily gifted in the culinary arts. Each item on every plate is uniquely prepared in an innovative way to deliver maximum sensual pleasure in both taste and appearance. With our friendly professional servers, incredibly beautiful setting and amazing food this is way more than fine dining. It's a true dining experience! The Bistro is located on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate, right next door to Biltmore's award-winning winery. Please be aware that you must have a valid paid estate admission ticket, be staying at Inn on Biltmore Estate or Village Hotel, or be a Biltmore Annual Passholder to dine on property. Please note that due to limited seating availability we are unable to accept reservations for our patio. All patio seating is assigned on a first come first served basis. The Bistro features contemporary American fare. Fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients are the focus on the dinner menu, which features premium steaks, impeccable mountain trout and seafood, poultry and lamb. Gardens on the estate produce a wide array of vegetables and fruits throughout the seasons, and our extensive pasture lands provide all-natural, hormone-free Black Angus beef and lamb.

    This was our first visit and surely won’t be our last! The food was AMAZING and the service was outstanding. Chef Tory has created such a diverse menu that makes it hard to make a selection. Every detail of execution is perfection. Well done Claywood!.

    Great restaurant in downtown Hendersonville, super great server, she was very good in all aspects of service, the food was great and they went out of their way for our 29th anniversary. If you're looking for a great place this is it.

    First time visit. Everyone from reception to waitstaff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was absolutely wonderful. Happy hour was on when we got there; half off whiskey and whiskey cocktails. My wife saw the first listing and didn't have to look and farther: Ziggy Stardust Old Fashioned. She had 2 and loved them. We had the Gooey Sweet Corn Souffle to start, then moved on to the Fried Chicken, which we ordered the Heirloom Carrots and Grits as accompaniments. Last we had Banana Pudding Creme Brulee. The entire meal was fantastic. We took home half the chicken and sides. The price for the carrots and grits was a little high, especially when it was probably about 1.5 accompaniments carrots, but they were still worth it. Can't wait to come back!
