We offer a regularly changing,meaty and creative menu in a laid-back setting. Our skilled andpassionate chefs do it all, whether it’s curing, salting, boning, stuffing,wrapping, charring, braising, or just leaving the meat raw.Above all, we love to prepare food that pushes boundaries and pulls you outside of your comfort zone — just a little bit. We get tremendous joy out of food and offer items that you are unlikely to find another local restaurants.     The Keg in Waterdown really out did itself for our party of four. Both of us couples were celebrating our anniversaries. The food was fabulous. The service went above and beyond. One couple is from Paris, the other is from Guelph. This is now " the best Keg " around. We will all drive the 1/2 hour to get excellent service.

    We had a fantastic experience at Rapscallion for our mom’s birthday! They were so attentive to detail - a birthday card was waiting on the table, the waiter said happy birthday as they greeted us, a birthday treat for dessert. It was all incredible - and to top it off the food was delicious, the place was decorated for Christmas and so cozy! Highly reccomend this restaurant especially to celebrate a special day!

    Second time dining here. Both great experiences. I have celiac and have dined here safely. Oysters are always fresh and delicious. Steak is great. Yesterday had Brussels sprouts done in a maple sauce…going to try to replicate at my house for Christmas they were so good. Definitely recommend.

    In Hamilton for work and this restaurant was recommended. Had a fabulous time, food was so incredible, with their own flair . Dr is also unique and delicious. Highly recommend

    We always enjoy Earls. Today, for the most part, was no exception. The wait staff was really friendly. Only issue was, the Cob Salad was over dressed, so somewhat soggy and the Spicey Chicken sandwich I had was not as good as previously - not all that spicy. No issues severe enough that we wouldn't return.
