Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Outstanding dining experience at the Oklahoma City Capital Grille. Very pleased the Capital Grille has found its way to OKC. Our server, Charles, was everything and more you could hope from a person attending to your dining needs. Attentive without being intrusive, a phenomenal memory for orders, and went above and beyond to assure our experience was an 11 star out of 10.

    The Pecan encrusted Trout was great. The amount of fish was more than I could handle, so I will enjoy it for lunch today. A guest ordered the steak and said it was delicious. Another had the Cod, which she often orders and said it never disappoints. Mixed vegetables were delicious. And, the shared Key Lime pie was rated as one of the best ever. Hefner Grill never disappoints
