Located on the historic Pearl Street Mall in Boulder, CO, Gemini is a full service restaurant focused on contemporary Spanish food and wine and its international influences. The menu is guided by the seasons and highlights sustainably farmed meats and produce from Colorado purveyors. Dinner at Black Cat Farmstead is a unique dining experience. Enjoy private garden cabanas with wood stoves, gorgeous views and a 4-Course chef tasting menu (dietary restrictions accommodated) created by James Beard nominated chef Eric Skokan at our historic farmstead. Our 500-acre full-scale diversified organic farm supplies the majority of ingredients for your meal; from vegetables & herbs to the pork & lamb to the grains. We offer 7 intimate private tables per evening. Reservations are required & limited. $145/per person++Reservations are released weekly on Mondays for the following 3 weeks.     The experience was next level here. It was a girls’ dinner for a friend’s birthday and they were beyond generous with complimentary bubbles and dessert. The food was amazing and the service outstanding. What a treat! Will be back soon.

    Our third visit, first with new menu. Once again OUTSTANDING. 7 dishes all great, a few mind-blowing. Beets and sea bass my favorites. We brought a friend visiting from east coast. she loved it. you guys are just killing it. so fun!

    From the vintage china and silver, the old wood stoves and the comfortable funky cabanas Black Cat must be experienced. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Each course outdid the last. The food is creative and flavorful, the sourdough bread outstanding. A true farm to table experience. Boulder and Longmont are full of good restaurants, but Black Cat is something special.
