Adjacent to the bar entrance is the Caucus Club Kitchen, fully viewable from the hallway of the Penobscot building.The menu centers around the in-house dry-aging room, yielding Prime Steaks and Chops expertly butchered on site. First time experiencing Sexy Steak and I have to admit, it was everything that I heard. Haley was our server and she had great attentiveness, conversation and social awareness!!! My husband absolutely LOVED his Steak and preparing my salad FRESH in front of me was a game changer… we will be back!!
