Our food experience is always great. Tried the red sangria this time was just as good as the black diamond martini. You can never go wrong with Firebirds.

Sydney, our server did a superb job! She was passionate about the food and made everything sound like a choice we wanted to make. She was one of the best servers I remember having and we dine out often. The food was interesting and very good. Several things on the menu were staples at other restaurants but prepared in a unique way. The complimentary chips, bean dip and salsa trio were the first example. The atmosphere was beautiful! The attention to detail with great wine glasses, dishes and serving pieces made things extra special. We look forward to joining them for happy hour soon.

The squid ink pasta is a 10. The Bolognese is always great.

Celebrated family graduate. It was outstanding. Had considered Scottsdale places, went with Gilbert Keg. Perfect choice, Food, service. Atmosphere.
