We will serve lunch from Wednesday to Saturday, 11:30am to 3pm, Mid-Day/Happy Hour Offerings will run daily from 3pm to 5:30pm, starting April 17th.Located one block from the plaza and one block from the Lensic Theater. We are a Santa Fe tradition reborn. Chef Angel Franco serves up small plates, farm-fresh veggies, seasonal seafood, and handmade pasta made with local ingredients, paired with premium wines and seasonally curated craft cocktails to enjoy in an elegant and historic setting. Our tree-covered back patio and fully covered front patio are open in the warm months when weather permits. You can also dine inside our chic bar/lounge or dining room with plush booth seating. All of our produce is sourced from the Santa Fe Farmer’s Market when available. Our poultry, meat, and fish is sourced from free roaming, grass fed, or wild caught farms. Our menu is traditional farm to table Northern New Mexican cuisine. We are now serving traditional wines over a broad spectrum primarily focusing on Spanish and French. The Pink Adobe restaurant stands proudly in the heart of Santa Fe's historic Barrio De Analco neighborhood, which is considered the oldest neighborhood in the US. Founded in 1944 by Rosalea Murphy, an artist and social connector, the restaurant takes its name from the rose-colored adobe plastering on the nearly 400-year-old hacienda that serves as its home.
