It began with a great cocktail at the bar- and progressed to an amazing meal with great service from Maria and wonderful table side banter with Dimitri. The tomato salad was killer as was the octopus for appetizer. Our table enjoyed the Chilean sea bass, the dorado and the Dover sole. They were all delicious. We ordered 3 desserts and the restaurant brought us a 4th - so we ended on a sugar coma. The pavlova and orange cake with lavender ice cream were the 2 favorites we all highly recommend this restaurant.

We had such an incredible experience at The Goodyear House! The homey ambiance made for the perfect 21st birthday dinner. Bonus points for the a la carte style dining :)

RH Rooftop Review Service: Our server Leini was friendly, accommodating, and approachable. What stood out was the teamwork among the staff—other servers were willing to help, not just focused on their assigned tables. This collaborative effort truly enhanced the experience. Food: •Roadside Lobster Roll with Caviar (extra $$$): Absolutely phenomenal. The caviar perfectly complemented the lobster roll, adding a luxurious touch. The portion size is just right for fine dining and worth every bite. •Shaved Ribeye Dip: Delicious, though not particularly unique. While I enjoyed it, I found myself wishing I had ordered my wife’s lobster roll instead. Still, splitting two different dishes gave us the chance to explore the menu. Sides: Both the French fries and potato fries were great additions. They were satisfying and complemented the meals, especially when one dish had a smaller portion size. Dessert: The Banana Split with salted caramel was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and downright indulgent. A must-try! Coffee: The Mocha Cappuccino with oat milk was disappointing. It tasted like stale brewed coffee. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until later since I took it to go, but it’s not something I’d order again. Overall: The experience was wonderful. I’d definitely return to enjoy the lobster roll with caviar, banana split dessert, and explore other menu options.

I really enjoyed the service and the food. The fried catfish, mac and cheese were really good. My homegirl got the black eye peas and she said that were really good as well. Drinks are high however that's expected for the area it is in. Dennis my server was really knowledgeable about the menu and what to try.

Everything was so amazing for my best friend's 40th birthday dinner. It's our favorite restaurant and we drove all the way from Raleigh just to celebrate here and have a great meal. Thanks to everyone for the wonderful experience....as always!
