EOL offers tastefully prepared meals with an emphasis on regional growers, farmers and artisans. Many dishes can be called southern in style and there is a strong nod to classical European techniques. Hand crafted cocktails continue to expand as new distilleries pop up throughout the state. EOL offers an extensive wine cellar list with 32 wines offed by the glass through a wine system that maintains the integrity and temperature of the wine.

2022 marks Ashten's 25th year of bringing locally sourced, creatively prepared food to guests. Owner, Ashley Van Camp, and award winning chef, Matthew Hannon, work with area farmers daily to procure the best that the Sandhills and North Carolina have to offer. Step into our elegant Dining Room or into the cozy atmosphere of The Pub for a farm-to-table experience. Neighborhood French-inspired bistro featuring an ever-changing French-Fusion menu that keeps you coming back to try the things you didn’t have room for.Marianne’s organic garden helps supply Warren’s kitchen with his beloved fresh produce & both are actively involved in the local food movement.     The flavor of the food was outstanding and the preparation was perfect. I was also surprised how quickly the food came out of the kitchen. I also appreciated that they didn't overlook any detail; case in point...the butter! it was whipped to a consistency that made it so easy to spread and was made with honey that gave it an amazing flavor! I can't believe I'm talking about the butter, but it is that level of detail that made the whole meal just great! I will definitely be back!

    The seafood risotto was delicious! Our server, Kelli B made our experience at Villagio well worth the visit. She is very personable, knowledgeable about the food and wines served and was just a pleasure to have as our server.

    We have enjoyed Elliotts for years BUT- the new menu….OUTSTANDING! Already booked to go back over the Holidays. The Short Rib Risoto was delicious. The portions are generous..Our server, MacKenzie, always makes the evening extra special and the whole staff is top notch. Great evening..

    This isn't my first Ashtens review and it won't be my last. We are regulars who bring out of town guests here every opportunity we have. We also go with local friends and it's even our favorite date night place! Gracie was our server tonight. She is an exceptional server and is just the sweetest thing ever! We ate our usual - Ashtens salad, Verlasso Salmon, and Crispy Duck. Our food was prepared perfectly - something we never question when coming here. You guys never disappoint! Kudos Ashtens! We love your restaurant, the staff is warm and welcoming, and we'll see you again soon! Lori & Steve
