Kyle G’s eclectic, seafood-centric menu blends the freshest daily catches from local fisherman with the highest-quality raw bar and shellfish selections, and premium cuts of meat, all thoughtfully prepared with locally sourced ingredients for patrons to enjoy inside, or oceanside. Whether you’re joining us for cocktails or happy hour, a celebratory meal, business lunch or leisurely brunch, our team specializes in providing a personalized and professional service, and looks forward to welcoming you. Kyle G’s Prime Seafood is open seven days a week, serving lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch. As there are a limited number of oceanfront tables available, the earlier reservations are seated on the windows first. We do our best to accommodate your request, however WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL BE SEATED AT AN OCEAN FRONT TABLE. We do NOT take reservations for outside due to weather. Elizabeth and I were very excited to open our restaurant in Downtown Stuart. After years of visiting our parents our hearts led us back here each time we considered a different location. Our son Taylor (our Executive Chef) and I, both have a culinary education and all three of us are extremely passionate about quality food,drinks and hospitality. We thoroughly enjoy taking great care of our guests. “the Gafford” is named after my grandparents who taught us how to enjoy life, have fun and laugh (especially at ourselves). My grandfather was in the Air Force and hospitality business all of his life and taught me so much about business, cooking and hospitality. I can remember when I was young visiting my grandparents on their farm. My grandfather used to teach me how to grill. My favorite dish to cook together was a giant Ribeye steak. On our menu, that is our signature item and we call it “the Gafford.” Welcome to the Gafford where casual meets upscale.

    My wife and I eat here all the time. The food is constantly delicious. The owner frequently greets to make sure everything is up to his standards. Highly recommend the Gafford it is definitely our go to for dinner.

    As always, Chef's Table is absolutely delicious... I think it may be the best food in Stuart, I'm never disappointed. This was my first lunch there (previously, I've only been there for dinners) and it was perfect- $15 for incredible quiche (that melted in my mouth) and a salad with a fantastic citrus dressing: a great deal that tasted phenomenal. It's also quiet, which is perfect for a business meeting lunch or for being able to hear your other table mates. Highly recommend!

    As always, a wonderful experience dining at Oak and Ember in Stuart. We were two couples, each with one person celebrating a birthday. We had let them know in advance, and from the moment we arrived, they made the evening special. Our server, Mariam, was delightful and took excellent care of us. Everything was great, from drinks, to dinner, to dessert. A perfect evening out!
