Old Town Scottsdale’s heart beats to a Latin drum at The Mission where renowned Chef Matt Carter (Zinc Bistro and Fat Ox) brings a modern twist to Latin cuisine blending influences from Spain, Mexico, Central America and South America. PLEASE NOTE: Our Omakase experience is centered around a curation of the freshest fish and seafood.
