Cathédrale is a French-Mediterranean restaurant by Tao Group Hospitality Chef/Partner Ralph Scamardella, in collaboration with Executive Chef Jason Hall (formerly of acclaimed restaurants like Gotham Bar & Grill, Anthos and Craft). The menu brings elemental, ingredient-driven cooking to the forefront, evoking the grandeur of the past while remaining contemporary in its execution. Dishes put pleasure over spectacle, taking inspiration from Southern France with traces of Italy, Spain and Greece as seen in our signature Potato Chip Omelette, Black Truffle Fettuccine, 14oz Entrecôte Au Poivre, as well as our 48 oz Mishima Reserve Wagyu Tomahawk.

Soothr, properly pronounced “Sood” is the Thai word meaning “Recipe”. We are two lads who moved here from the same little village in the heart of Ireland over 10 years ago. "The Laurels" was the name given to the local football field where we grew up; where fun was had, experiences shared and memories made.     We came here for a date before going to the NY comedy club for a show. The hostess was very warm and welcoming, the waitress we had was super bubbly and nice. She came to the table often checking if we had water and if we needed anything. At the end she even offered us desert on the house which was amazing and delicious. I had the smoked burger which tasted amazing and my wife had the brick chicken which was so soft and juicy. Overall great experience, lovely staff, tasty food.

    Incredible Thai food unlike any other Thai food I have had personally. I had the Chicken Khao Soi noodles which were absolutely incredible. They have a pretty limited vegetarian menu but what they do have is also very very good. The value for the food at a Michelin star restaurant is unparalleled.

    I’ve read some bad reviews, so I was a bit hesitant. But the experience was pretty good. We found food excellent: fresh oysters, beef tartar outstanding, very tasty burrata. Main course: excellent veal steak with mash. Service was attentive (maybe too much at some point), but we enjoyed it anyway. Nice ambiance
