Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. The food was cooked perfectly. The seasonings were deliciously blended, not just added salt. Everyone at our table shared a part of their meal, and each entree was perfect. Everything was served at the perfect temperature. The staff did not rush to turn the table. The entire staff made you feel like you dined at Arturo's every week. Absolutely great dining experience. We needed a great restaurant in the Glen Burnie/Pasadena area and now we have it. Our own Little Italy. Enjoy! MOMZILLA

Last night was perfect. We walked in and were seated immediately for our reservation. The wait staff was courteous and polite. The food was delicious.

The sushi presentation and taste (according to my boyfriend) was excellent. My entree, however, took a lot longer than the sushi. As someone who doesn’t eat seafood, this was the only issue I had with the place. The service for everything else was great, and we’ll definitely visit again!
