Sammie’s is a little taste of old Italy in downtown Austin. It celebrates the great ‘red sauce’ institution—inspired by old school, legendary Italian-American restaurants. The menu offers classic dishes in a casual but sophisticated, retro-designed space that is both lively and comfortable, capturing the essence of a night out at your favorite neighborhood joint.     Our experience at Nido tonight was absolutely amazing! The service was excellent, and Holden went above and beyond to accommodate our friend’s dietary restrictions with thoughtful suggestions. The ambiance was perfect, setting the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable evening. Watching the sunset added a magical touch to the atmosphere, making the night even more memorable.     We celebrated my wife’s birthday here last night and from the get go felt like we were taken care of. The hosts seemed sincere and cheerful wishing her a happy birthday, and that set the tone for the night feeling special. I’ve worked in service, and I know it’s not always easy to be festive on someone else’s behalf when tons of birthdays are celebrated every day, and the kindness of the staff stood out. Sandra took wonderful care of us, comped a dessert for the birthday and made sure we had everything we needed while giving us our time and space to enjoy the meal. We will be back!

    A friend of mine treated me to lunch at Juliet Italian Kitchen for my birthday. I had been there before, but it was some time ago and it was my friend’s first visit. The service was excellent. The food was very delicious and the portions are generous. The drinks were yummy!
