Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. Had my birthday dinner of 12 here. Besides them being out of the wagyu tasting..everything was perfect! Food was great! Service was great! Will definitely be returning to try more things in the menu.!
