Located on Charleston's Upper King Street, Indaco (Italian for "indigo") serves rustic Italian cuisine. This was our first Thanksgiving dining out. I have to say that the experience exceeded my expectations. No longer will I assume that I'm the only one that can make the very special Thanksgiving meal! Seriously though, we were seated promptly at our reservation time, our waitress was delightful and her service excellent. Best of all, for purely selfish reasons, the family thinks this should be our new tradition and I didn't spend the day in the kitchen. Definitely a winner !

Initially we thought we would not have a good experience due to the location of our table. But after our waiter found out it Was our 36 anniversary he moved us to the main room where the ambience the Christmas lights was More appealing and enjoyable for our celebration.

My husband and I sat at the bar and was surprised by how amazing their happy hour was! From drink specials including Negronis and manhattans. Then the food was incredible we had the Cesar salad, prosciutto tray, meatballs and pizza! All fresh ingredients and made to perfection. ALL on happy hour!
