    It’s one of my favorite spots in Madrid. It’s already like a routine, after landing I’m going straight to Dani. It’s amazing that they change their menu every few months so I’m never bored trying new plates.

    As Americans, we enjoy an earlier dining time than the locals, so seating was immediate, and the noise level was low. My wifecand i shared a fairly good pizza, but the highlight for us was the margaritas!

    Cene en la terraza del Indigo por primera vez y fue todo un descubrimiento. En el mismísimo centro de Madrid un hotel de 4 estrellas que para mi no tiene nada que envidiar a uno de 5 por lo bonito, elegante y el cuidado de detalles. Tiene un rooftop que poca gente conoce aun, con uno de los mejores atardeceres de Madrid. Tranquilo, muy acogedor y con una carta que se puede degustar desde la 13.30 hasta las 23:00 ininterrumpidamente. En el rooftop tienen un horno hosper que es una locura. Con una carta muy divertida y apetecible. Nos atendieron de maravilla desde que entramos en la recepción y luego el personal de sala. Nosotros comimos unas croquetas cremosas de jamón con lamina de papada y aguacates a la brasa como entrante que nos volvió locos. De segundo yo me pedí un solomillo de vaca nacional trinchado con patatas dado y mi acompañante pidió pulpo a la parrilla con cremoso de patata y pimentón de la vera que estaba super tierno y delicioso. De postre compartimos una piña a la brasa con almibar con helado de coco y granola sencillamente espectacular. Para volver seguro.
