It was good to see our server, Jay, again. It’s like dining with and old friend who always makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I like a filet or a NY strip but tonight Jay recommended the Wagyu Bone In Kansas City Strip and I’m glad he did. It was the best tasting steak that I’ve had in a long time. It was cooked (MR) and seasoned perfectly. It truly melted in your mouth. I had to forgo most of my potato so that I could finish that 18oz beast. It has now set the standard. My wife had a salad and a filet both of which were prepared perfectly. The highlights of the evening were Jay and that Wagyu. WOW!!

After spending our 35 Valentines Day with your fabulous 5+ steak restaurant. We returned again for our 39th Valentines 💝. I can't express how wonderful this place is. From outstanding customer service to amazing fanomomial food 👌 the saxophone 🎷 atmosphere and him alone topped off the night. We will definitely be back next year. I highly recommend you all.

Nothing but great things to say about the place. Great atmosphere, comfortable seating, food and service were amazing. My wife and I had the portobello chicken and ribeye and both were perfect!

I have eaten here before, but for special occasions. It is superb. Our server Israel was attentive without being pushy. It was quiet and, even for someone with hearing problems, I could carry on a conversation with my wife easily. The food was great and the portions were so large, we brought home enough leftovers for another meal. Thank you for making Valentine's Day special

New to the Rockwall restaurant landscape, I have nothing but good things to say about this restaurant. The restaurant is inviting and warm in character. The dining area offers both booths and tables but leaves enough room between to avoid feeling crowded or imposing on another dining party. A full bar with seating is also available. We were warmly welcomed by several of the staff when arriving and being sat. New to this location, it appears they have enclosed the outdoor patio area. We did not venture outside (much too cold) but it looks like a lot of great added space. I would consider Wades Landing a very family friendly place. IMO, the menu selections fit this area. Nothing too exotic, which I believe is a good decision. Too often new restaurants open with menus that don't fit the pallets of their customers. Great food; yes, but entree familiarity wins out every time if you want to become a staple in the community. Speaking of the food, we very much enjoyed out entree and appetizers. Our food came out warm and was simply delicious. Note that if you come in on a Wednesday, their wine by the bottle, is 1/2 off. If you like Pinot Noir, I suggest the Banshee label. The prices are slightly higher, but I personally feel it fairly matches the quality of this restaurant.
