Its cozy and rustic atmosphere is the perfect place to savour a taste of Peru with a ceviche and pisco sour to escape.At Pisac Bistro, we showcase authentic Peruvian cuisine using Peruvian as well as local ingredients. Located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Summerhill, we are a small restaurant dedicated to introducing the gastronomical experience of Peru. Terroni Adelaide, formerly the York County Courthouse, is a multi-level heritage structure built in 1852. Just inside the doors is the Enoteca with its towering columns, a great spot for cocktails.     Top-notch service: Ali was extremely knowleable and able to help us decide on our menu choices. All the other staff was attentive as well. The food was outstanding along with the restaurant being beautifully decorated with a relaxing atmosphere. Highly Recommended!

    We went for dinner and celebrated my nephews bday, and the service, ambiance, history of the building and most importantly, the food was superb. We started with burrata and prosciutto, funghi salad, calamari and carpaccio.. all amazing, baratta was a crowd favourite, mine was the funghi salad. Second were the pizzas, we had the sausage pizza and the goat cheese aubergine pizza…. Simply amazing, third were the pasta.. the bolognese was so delicious along with the mushroom prosciutto.. just wow. And pls have their desserts! The tiramisu and the affogato were so amazing. Will definitely go back. And not to forget their incredible wine selection !! Must try

    Food was excellent. Ambiance was great. Service was exceptional. One star was lost because of two things: (1) the table was not wiped before giving us the dessert menu. There were crumbs on the table; (2) the Negroni did not have the big square ice cube but had ice chunks. Excuse given by server was lame - they had no room to store the ice cubes.

    I can't say enough good things about the experience. It was a quiet night, Service was outstanding. Cocktails to start were beautifully made and delicious, with Pisco being the alcohol of choice for most of their cocktail menu. Had Anticuchos and their Ceviche Mixto for apps, and they were fantastic. Beef medallions cooked perfectly, wonderfully seasoned with an aji verde on the side for dipping. The Ceviche was incredible as well, flavourful and perfect spice level Mains were all magnificent, I had the duck breast which was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The rice pairing with the duck had beautiful texture, flavourful, spicy and rich. Can't wait to go back.
