Classically trained at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in San Francisco, Chef Matt has worked with some of the Bay Area's top chefs. As a young chef he was nominated as 7x7 Rising Star Chef, creating beautiful dishes that showcase the freshness of the ingredients and their bright, natural flavor and he continues to do so. The Branch is a place where we come together, to eat, enjoy and relax.Located under the Twain Harte arch, our casual environment allows you to enjoy yourself with a glass of wine, beer or sparkling in hand. Firefall Ranch would like to welcome our new Executive chef, Jorge Houghton. We are excited to announce that our YOVA restaurant is now open and accepting reservations! We are open Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sundays from 6pm-9pm. Don't forget to check out our Tavern restaurant as well. The Tavern does not require reservations and is open 7 days a week for Breakfast 7am-11am, Lunch 12pm-4pm, and Dinner 5pm-9pm.

    Absolutely excellent! The service was beyond wonderful, the food was fantastic and the ambiance with a grand piano and concert pianist was perfect! They handled gluten free dining beautifully and made me completely comfortable.

    We have been wanting to try the Branch for a while and finally had the opportunity to do so. We kept hearing positive things and wanted to see for ourselves. They did not disappoint! From being greeted when walking in, to the service throughout our dinner, it was amazing. But the best of all was the food. I am not sure what Matt does to prepare his dishes better than anyone else, but he does it! Our food was amazing! With the closeness of the tables, we were able to speak and compare with others and we all said the same thing. It did not matter what people ordered for dinner, they were all completely satisfied. We will definitely be back as often as possible!
