One of the best meals we have ever had! The ambience was warm and welcoming. The service was excellent! The Caesar salad is a must. The filet was perfecly cooked and seasoned and my daughter lived the lobster tail with her filet. The drinks were great as well, topping off with coffee and dessert. Thank you for a wonderful evening and one of the best meals we have ever been served!

The server was absolutely incredible! They had this incredible knack for making you feel like you were the most important guest in the room. From the moment you walked in, they were welcoming and attentive without being overbearing, and they made sure everything was just right. They knew the menu inside and out, offering great recommendations based on your preferences, which really helped elevate the whole dining experience. And then there was the food rotation—it was such a unique and clever approach. Instead of just traditional courses, the rotation allowed you to try a wide variety of dishes without feeling rushed. Each plate was fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and bursting with flavors. You'd get a taste of something new every few minutes, keeping the meal exciting and dynamic. It was like a constant surprise, each dish somehow better than the last! That kind of variety, combined with the exceptional service, made for an unforgettable meal.

Très belle expérience au Bistro Le Sam. Pour la Saint-Valentin, j'ai demandé une table pour 2 proche d'une fenêtre afin d'avoir accès à la vue exterieur et ma deamande fut comblée. Nous avons reçu un très bon service de notre serveuse et nous étions même choqués de la vitesse à laquelle notre repas est arrivé et c'était très très très bon! Ceux qui lisent ce message je vous le recommande fortement vous ne serez pas déçus.

What a unique experience! I loved the welcome drink in a glass of ice! The dishes of food were delicious. And I did not even notice the cold as we were sitting on chairs made of ice covered in fur seat covers. So unique and a must do in Quebec!
