As usual the food, beverages, service (Pamula was awesome) and ambiance were amazing. Each time we come it seems they have added small improvements. The details like a lit menu and personalized birthday card do not go unnoticed. For full disclosure we own a couple of restaurants so I know how hard their team works to execute at this level. We had at least 3 service professionals making sure our experience was great, and the main server was excellent. The say “absolutely ! “ or “of course” with every request, and were very knowledgeable about the menu. We did the ahi tuna appetizers and the burrata with bacon jam. Both were great ! Hubbie got the Bosscat Burger and I got the whitefish with mushroom risotto. Both were wonderful and the risotto was so rich and buttery I had to take half home. Fries with the burger were just right, crispy and seasoned on the outside and yummy soft on the inside. Overall, excellent job Bosscat.
