Five prominent oaks that stood in a semi-circle on the front lawn gave the estate its original name: Five Oaks. The estate has operated as a dining establishment and bar since 1961.The Oaks has become best known for the glorious wedding ceremonies and receptions held exclusively on the property. Jennifer was our waitress, she was great as usual. She took care of a lunch I booked for my husband's cousins this past November 1st, it was a group ofwenty and she was very accomidating, efficient, smiling, and patient.
