The café of the House of MEISSEN serves contemporary cuisine that is at once cosmopolitan and regionally inspired. The menu changes monthly and features Mediterranean-influenced dishes, traditional Saxon cuisine, and specialities from the region such as Meißner Winzerschinken – ham that is cured in local wines and then air-dried – and cheese from the Elbe Valley. The menu also features delicious rosé, white, and red wines from regional wineries as well as beers from local breweries.
