Terroni Adelaide, formerly the York County Courthouse, is a multi-level heritage structure built in 1852. Just inside the doors is the Enoteca with its towering columns, a great spot for cocktails. Beyond is the main dining room, with a sunlit atrium, fireplaces on each end and private rooms all serviced by an open kitchen where our chefs prepare traditional Italian fare. In summer, the secret garden patio opens for al fresco dining in the heart of the city.Head down to the Cantina Wine Cellar where you will see the original courthouse cells now used to store our Italian wine. The second floor houses the grand Sala da Pranzo and Bar delle Carceri, named after the cells below.     I took my mom here and we had a great time The staff are so kind and friendly and the food was incredible. We had the hummus dip appetizer and couldn't get enough of it and we both had the chicken salad with the ginger dressing!!! Our waitress also suprised us with a free dessert and wrote merry Christmas in raspberry puree on the plate. It was perfection!!

    I’ve been to quite a few locations, I absolutely love the food at each one. This one in particular has excellent service from the minute you walk in. The food was excellent, extremely fresh as well. I also loved that our server/bartender since we sat at the bar didn’t try to push us to order excessively. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu. I highly recommend the ceviche, Milo’s special, and of course the tomato salad, and any fish in the market to have baked with a salt crust.

    Quinoa bowl with an added chicken skewer was delicious! Others in my group really enjoyed the maple glazed salmon and the seared tuna on edamame. The service staff were very attentive and the ambiance was warm and lively. A wonderful place to have a business lunch.

    Service wasn’t that great - we had to flag server down and still they didn’t attend to us right away. And there were many flies flying around the table which was very strange. Otherwise food was good.
