With the infrastructure in place and with a story like no other, Andrew, Michael and their passionate team of co-owners set about turning the former stables into a truly unique brewery.Before you book a stable in our one of a kind refurbished stables, please note the following; Stable bookings can seat groups from 5-36 and for a maximum of 3 hours. If you are unable to book at your preferred time all of our reserved seating is booked. always a favorite, and did not disappoint this visit. Food out of this world, top notch service, and a beautiful setting - I can never say enough good things about the Merricks country store, definitely a stop that should be on everyone’s itinerary!!
