Award winning best fusion by AFGF, Tayta is serving the Nikkei cuisine which is a fusion of Japanese techniques using Peruvian flavors. We use the freshest of produce and highest grade of Fresh Fish so we can offer our guests the best version of the Nikkei cuisine. Tayta is known for it's ambience of lively music and beautiful art and offers a memorable dining experience that gives a feeling of being somewhere other than the Gold Coast. Etsu is a Japanese izakaya which focuses on local amazing produce in our dishes which are designed to be shared amongst friends. We have one of the largest Japanese whisky collections on our back bar which we recommend served over hand cut ice or try one of our sakes or Japanese tap beers. You cannot go through life with out experiencing this restaurant. The food is outstanding, fresh with mouth watering flavours I couldn't get enough of. The wait staff are excellent, very attentive & seemed to be always there when we needed them without hovering. Wine selection is great & perfectly accompanied the food.
