Il Toscano means “The Tuscan”, and is a perfect representation of everything I am, and all that I love about my home land in Italy.My name’s Matteo – head pasta maker, chef and owner of il Toscano. I was born and raised in the countryside of Tuscany, and although I’ve now lived in Australia for over 9 years, my passion for all things Italian has never been stronger.Nor has my passion for sharing it with Australia and the Central Coast.     Mark and I always enjoy coming to Il Toscano’s for dinner. The food is always delicious and we are always looked after by our waiters. We dined with our adult children tonight and they all loved it. It is often hard to please everyone. One of our daughters is vegan and she too, was happy with the vegan options available to her. Thank you again. We will definitely be back. Yvonne

    Ambience was amazing. Service was quick and friendly. Food was excellent. For the amount of people that where they it was amazing quiet. Value for money. The laneway walk was going back into fairyland. Only think we could say that was negative is that is was quite hot in the cafe.

    Large plate of freshly cooked, good quality food. We were so pleased we could relax & be confident that anything we chose to eat was going to be gf. No fear of cross contamination!! Thank you Meantime 🎉😊

    Dropped the knee in front of the surf club, staff and patrons were nice enough to go out of their way to congratulate us. Food and service was amazing also.

    Great place to take the family and children for a meal. Also had live music on the Saturday night. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We had a large table with lots of children of various ages and the staff were helpful. The meals were good value for money, with large servings.
