Sala Gastronómica, es un nuevo proyecto, que servirá comida mexicana (Fine Casual), a través de un viaje culinario, por las diferentes regiones de México, en un lugar que pretende resaltar los elementos, colores y sabores de México. Poco a poco la comida ha evolucionado, desde los ingredientes que se utilizan hasta el método de preparación, nuestra meta es demostrar que la cocina mexicana aunque ha pasado por varias etapas, sigue conservando la tradición de sus sabores, que con el paso del tiempo se ha enriquecido, pero siempre ha sido parte de quienes somos, llegando a ser PATRIMONIO DE LA HUMANIDAD. Un viaje culinario místico por las diferentes regiones de México, explorando ceremonias, ingredientes y secretos gastronómicos. Es un recorrido por el pasado hasta llegar al presente de la cultura mexicana, pasando por diferentes civilizaciones, cada una con sus peculiaridades. Unir las seis regiones de México, enalteciendo su tipo de cocina e ingredientes.

    Excelente experiencia, comida y tragos muy ricos. Desde que llegamos la atencion fue excelente, nos toco barra y como celebrabamos aniversario, solicite mesa en balcon y a los 20 minutos nos cambiaron y todo excelente! Gran vista ! El servicio es rapido, en cuanto a precios, vale lo que pagas, tragos 250 masomenos, pero lo valen. En general si visitas cdmx con tu pareja, es un Must, y lo recomiendo 100%.

    Best cocktail experience I’ve had in a long time. Drinks were beyond delicious. Deserving of top spot on the 50BB list. The PBJ is incredible! Service was nice — very welcoming and the drinks were explained clearly — but we felt rushed; we were told we had a 90-minute seating, but came by after 50 mins for last call, and brought the bill a further 20 mins before the expected end.

    We were seated on the second floor with a beautiful view of a park - great for people-watching! The tuna tostadas were amazing (the hype is real) and the staff were very friendly and hospitable. If you like fresh and delicious seafood, don’t hesitate to reserve a table here!
