Chef Phillip, and Chef Anthony are some of the most talented chefs I've ever had the pleasure of dining with. We had drinks downstairs and watched the sunset but wished we'd have come up and watched from the bar in the restaurant! Either way it was great. The cocktails were great, the food was wonderful! My catch of the day was awesome and my husband really enjoyed his scallops. The midnight de leche for dessert was amazing! Elgin took good care of us (it wasn't busy so a few times we looked over for a drink and he was engaged in conversation with another employee) but we didn't feel neglected. The tuna tartar appetizer special was outstanding as was the lobster ceviche which came with some very nicely done root chips.
