Our Micro Brewery has the skilled oversight of Certified Chef Joseph Gervais serving delicious steaks, burgers, chicken, seafood dinners and appetizers with a full bar, wine and locally brewed beer. The ingredients of our meals are freshly prepared including salad dressings made on site. Our beer is used in many ingredients.
