The Reserve Steakhouse is located at Harrah’s Joliet Hotel & Casino, located just blocks away from Joliet’s historic Rialto Square Theater, Joliet Historical Museum, Jacob Henry Mansion and Joliet Union Station. The Reserve Steakhouse is an exceptional dining experience for birthdays, anniversaries, and any special occasions. The Reserve Steakhouse serves the finest cuts of succulent steak, aged for tenderness and grilled to perfection. Prime Rib is a Reserve specialty; served on Friday and Saturday evenings, slow roasted, hand carved and perfectly seasoned with spices. The Santoro Family has been in the food service industry since 1988. We renovated AND re-branded almost one year ago in May of 2023. We created a NEW CONCEPT we call MODERN CASUAL CHIC...The new name is Frankie's Since 1988 as an ode to our original restaurant on the Southside of Chicago. No longer a fine dining white tablecloth restaurant. Our new vibe is energetic music, vibrant craft cocktails homemade pastas, authentic Southern Italian style pizzas (from our new Marra Forni oven) and most popular dishes, such as Ciambotta (sausage & peppers), meatballs, Alaskan wild king salmon, Chicken "limone" with a lemon butter & capers sauce amongst others. Our updated menu is a combination of old classics from the past 15 years in Tinley Park and new items with the same wonderful service guests have come to know and love from Frankie's.

    Had the Short Ribs and the Salmon, both were excellent. Our server was great, she really took care of us. My favorite casino restaurant by far and I’ve been to several in Vegas. A+++

    We were celebrating our anniversary and it was well worth the trip from aurora. Crab cakes were the best we ever had. The twin lobsters with mashed potatoes were absolutely delicious, grilled to perfection. The garlic crusted rack of lamb with the mashed cauliflower was to die for, had a side house salad. Just a lovely first experience. Now all the construction was a bit much, but that wasn’t the fault of the establishment. We definitely will be back again!

    Valentines' day at White Castle is our little tradition and this was the first time at this location, and they did an outstanding job. The sound level was perfect, like most we are not a fam of loud noisy places. The food we are aware of what we are getting and just want it fresh and warm, and it was. This Joliet White Castle team delivered, A+.
